Lummy in Mayfair

We surfaced at Bond St and initially my normally reliable ‘internal Satnav’ was 180 degrees out of whack (due to one side of the station being closed). Once this was recalibrated we quickly located Brooks Mews and saw the gallery frontage. As we got closer to the shop front, I recognised the unmistakeable figure of the Seonanigan sitting in the window. Greetings were proffered to our much surprised hosts and after a few photo opportunities we then repaired to chew the fat at the nearby Iron Duke . image

I’d only never enjoyed Lummy’s paintings online before. In the flesh they are absolutely incredible. The amount of light they catch, they’re almost 3D. I try to distract everyone so I can steal one but it’s no use, they’re on to me and take me to the pub across the road.
